Situated in the quiet outskirts of the historic village of WARKWORTH.

The DOUBLE BEDROOM

has en-suite and is
comfortably furnished,
with colour TV, alarm-clock radio,
coffee/tea tray, and central heating.
The TWIN BEDDED ROOM

Sue offers a delicious
home-cooked breakfast,
